Intuitive Guidance is a gentle, supportive session where I hold space for you to receive clarity, perspective, and energetic alignment. Unlike a full Reiki ceremony, these sessions focus on conversation, intuitive insight, and light energetic attunement — helping you feel seen, understood, and gently guided back into balance.

Reiki is a ceremonial practice that channels life force energy for deep energetic healing. Intuitive Guidance sessions are lighter — centered on dialogue, intuitive messages, and gentle energetic support. Many clients choose Intuitive Guidance when they need clarity, reassurance, or direction without a full Reiki immersion.

❓ How do I prepare for a session?
Simply arrive with an open heart. You may wish to bring a notebook, a question, or an area of life you’d like clarity on. Together, we’ll explore what’s arising and uncover steps to support your next chapter.

❓ What can I expect during a session?
Each session is unique. We begin with your intentions or what feels most present in the moment. From there, I share intuitive impressions, offer perspective, and may weave in light energetic alignment to support balance. Most clients leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded, with simple insights to carry into daily life.

 ❓ How are sessions held?
Sessions are most often held online (phone or Zoom) for comfort and ease. For private clientele in Manhattan, I also offer select in-home VIP sessions — a discreet, luxury experience designed to meet you where you are. 

❓ What if I can’t afford your services?
I believe that healing and support should be accessible. My standard rates reflect the years of training, depth of care, and presence I bring as a Reiki Grand Master and intuitive guide. At the same time, I understand that financial limitations can feel like barriers, and I never want cost to prevent someone from receiving support.

• Group Chakra Balancing Circles – a more affordable way to experience collective healing and alignment
